It is a mobile version of Hamilton Sound Credit Union Online Banking for your smart phone.  It provides anytime, anywhere banking at your fingertips. Our online banking website has been optimized specifically for mobile phones such as iPhone® or Black-Berry®. It does not require you to download or install any application.

With Mobile Web Banking, you can:

• View account balances
• View your account history (up to 20 most recent transactions)
• Pay bills
• Transfer funds
• Manage scheduled bills and transfers
• Find a branch or ATM nearby

How do I access Mobile Web?

It's easy.......

1. You have access to Hamilton Sound Credit Union Online Banking
2. You have logged into online banking at least once from a desktop computer
3. When you are ready to access mobile web, simply visit www.hscunl.ca/m from your smart phone browser

Mobile Web is Secure

Your personal information is just as secure using Mobile Web Banking as with Online Banking. The login is password protected (same as for online banking) and the 128-bit SSL encryption protects your data.

If you lose your phone, your accounts can only be accessed if someone has the correct login credentials.

How much does it cost?

It's free.  We don't charge you to use this service, but your mobile carrier might charge you for accessing your data plan.  Please contact your mobile carrier if you are unsure about any charges that might apply to you.

What devices support Mobile Web Banking?

Mobile Web Banking works with most mobile devices with internet access, but it works best with the following smart phones:  iPhone, iPod Touch, Samsung and Blackberry.

What is the difference between Mobile Web Banking and Mobile Text Banking?

Mobile Web Banking online banking is optimized for smart phones.  It allows users to perform banking functions on mobile devides that have access to the internet.

Mobile Text Banking allows users to send short text message commants.  Users can perform the following:

• Check account balances
• Check recent transaction history
• Add, disable, or delete a mobile phone
• Add, remove or edit the account accessed through mobile banking by text
